From mentee to mentor: building a women-in-mobile community

Ask almost any woman who has stayed and thrived in tech, and somewhere in her story there is a mentor: someone who answered the awkward questions, opened a door, or simply said "you belong here".

Mentoring is one of the most powerful tools we have, because it scales. A mentee who receives good advice tends to pass it on. Over time, individual support becomes a self-sustaining community where senior leaders share what they have learned and newcomers bring fresh energy and questions.

In the WiM community, mentoring happens in both directions and across backgrounds: product, engineering, design, marketing and business. If you are looking for guidance, or ready to give it, join us and find your people.
